I rented one of their units near Church and Dundas and I am really impressed how responsive they were. Daniel and Cindy were really helpful during my tenure as a tenant. I was struck abroad for 4-5 months during pandemic and wanted someone to check my unit for any leakages, etc. And they responded very quickly. The reference checks initially of my contacts were also done in a very polite and professional way. They charged me a cleaning fee when I moved out. So, I had to send receipt of professional cleaning done and with some explanations, they reimbursed it. Overall , A very good experience with the PMT team and I would highly recommend them.
