I’m quite happy with the services I received throughout the years since 2015 from Sasan, who deals with my tenants directly and takes care of all the repairs and maintenance requests for my condo. I know that he goes above and beyond to get the jobs done. In the past year, my strata issued me two notices of bylaw infraction by mistakes, and both times Sasan stepped in to assist me in dealing with the building property management company to get the strata retract the notices and reverse the fines. I highly recommend Sasan and his team if you are looking for someone to look after your rental properties.

Sasan, Is one of those rare individuals that actually cares for people. I find him and his team, very responsive , sincere and honest. Every time , there is anything needed to get repaired or replaced he would not only respond immediately , but also he would follow up several times, afterwards to make sure the job was done right.
