1st time service on furnace, didn't know what to expect. Mark was very responsive to my questions and gave excellent preventive advice. His service was prompt and invoicing very clear, detailed and pricing very reasonable. I will have Mark back soon to do the servicing on our AC and will eventually have him back for replacement of furnace and AC when the time is right. I highly recommend Rocky Point/Mark for any of your hvac needs.

Marco was key to keeping my family safe and warm this winter, finding an issue with a furnace heat exchange on a routine service call. In the end we decided to replace the furnace and install a heat pump. Marco was super professional, knowledgeable and prompt.
