I used the pleasant plumber for the first time last week for the installation of two toilets in my home. The plumber was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He was on time and the work was done to my satisfaction. Before I hired them, I talked to the owner a couple of times about the work that I wanted done and he was extremely helpful as well. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing work and would recommend them to others.

I had a sewer backup and they were here within an hour, every other company gave me 4 to 5 hour wait times. The employee was very friendly and approachable and explained everything he was doing. He put in extra work to have the sewer line cleaned and even gave me a walk through my own house to give me potential future problems and tips and tricks to use in my own home. Great service, great people.

I had just had my water main repaired by another company, and that resulted in my water lines not working. Call The Pleasant Plumber, and they were here within the hour. The plumber was able to clean out a ton of sediment, and get all the taps running properly. It was a good ending to a very rough day. Would 100% call them again. And yes, they ARE very pleasant.

We've used the Pleasant Plumber twice now and both times they were quick, and knowledgeable, and pleasant, truly! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them (I already recommend them!). Call them, you definitely won't be sorry you did. They were out at our home in under 2 hours yesterday to deal with a frozen pipe, and while they were at it, found another pipe to the washer that had almost burst, saving us so much in the long run as now we can replace it before that happens!
