Excellent customer service, respectful and professional. Amrit went out of the way to accommodate a tightly scheduled job. Understood our concern relating to roof repairs and provided just the work that was necessary. No gimmicks, just straight professional advice. Showed up when he said he will show up and finished the job in the time he had said he will finish. Completely cleaned up all debris.

We desperately needed our roofing done; one of our bedrooms had a leak on the ceiling. Called United Roofers and they came the same day and checked the issue, and it turns out we had missing plywood on that section of the roof, so they fixed it free of charge with the assessment! We quickly scheduled for our roofing for 2 weeks later and we got our roofing done by them on November 11th, 7:30am to 5:00pm. They were right on time and finished on time! They added more roof vents because we were lacking as well. They were very courteous, professional and honest with their work, our place was really clean from debris after they were done! Incredibly professional and very trustworthy bunch of guys. We had an issue with our roof after a wind storm, it being early winter we could not find a roofer to do the job. We got a referral from multiple neighbors with great experiences with these guys. We gave them a call and they stepped up to the plate. After expressing our concern with our roof being damaged they expedited the service came to see us the next day and a week later we have a new roof! They took their time to build confidence in their work and trust in their dealing. Our experience with them has been great and I have no doubt you will have a great experience as well!

We had our roof installed by United Roofers in July 2020. We found them very professional, honest and responsive right from the start to completion of the work. When Amrit came to provide an estimate he went right on the roof to inspect it. A detailed estimate was then sent to us within a few hours exactly listing everything we had agreed on. The roof installation date was moved once because of the weather other than that it was installed when promised. The shingles were delivered couple of days prior to the installation. On the day of the installation the team appeared around 9.30am they were done by 7.30pm including the replacement of over twenty plywood boards. They thoroughly cleaned the nails and other debris from around the house. Highly recommend them.
