I can’t say enough about how happy I am that my Mom stayed at Chartwell. They looked after her like she was in her own home. They took care of my Mom in a loving and kind way and were attentive to all her needs. I felt that I did not have to worry about my Mom because of the exceptional way that the staff made her feel safe and secure. I am very thankful to all the the staff at Chartwell!

We have lived at Chartwell Griesbach since Sept 2009. There is no place I would rather be. My husband moved into the memory care area after 5 years. I'm able to visit him anytime. I feel that the pandemic has been handled extremely well here. I use the inner courtyard alot. I love to sit there. I get along very well with all of the staff, they are great.

I've lived at Chartwell Griesbach for 10 years. My wife needed to go to long term care 4 years ago and we were very pleased that she was able to be placed next door at Kipnes. I don't have far to go to visit her. Great staff who are very caring and friendly. The residence offers activities that keep us active and engaged. Management and staff have worked hard to protect the residents during the pandemic.

Without COVID 19 I would say the entertainment is great. I like the staff they are great. They always do their best to help. I think this is a wonderful home. I appreciate that there is a doctor who attends this home and I don't have to go out to appointments. I've made good friends and we talk about current events and we laugh alot. We enjoy our happy hours. Our receptionist, Coby, is wonderful and our recreation aide, Antoinette, has a special ability to connect with all of us.

My husband was placed in Kipnes long term care center for veterans next door to Chartwell Griesbach, I moved in to Chartwell Griesbach to be near my husband. I'm able to walk next door to visit him and it's a beautiful neighborhood to walk around. I like the staff here, they are helpful. I think the pandemic has been handled extremely well here. I thoroughly enjoy living here. I enjoy mealtimes when I connect with the friends I've made here.
