This is a well run business. They have an office manager answering their phones and doing their scheduling. You explain your issue and they schedule an electrician. Once they attend the job site the electrician can give you a better idea of how long they expect the job will take and fine tune your estimated cost. Let them work or you will likely be billed for the callout. I've used them 3 times, they always show up on time, are professional, quick and honest.

Excellent service, very impressed. They came out to look at our electric fireplace that suddenly stopped working. We had contacted a few other businesses first and got no response from any. Proline Electric responded to my email within minutes and booked a service tech within a few days to fit our schedule. We received an email just prior to the appointment that let us know they were on their way and it had a picture of the technicians so we knew who to expect. The techs that came out were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were very thorough with their assessment. While they were not able to fix our problem (through no fault of their own), they gave great advice and explained everything. All this was done at no charge, which blew us away. Will definitely be using Proline Electric again and would recommend them to anyone.

This company is fantastic! Very professional. They send appointment confirmation texts, texts when they are on their way with technician info, and are exactly on time. Eric Gould even accommodated us with an additional install that we asked for last minute. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Quick to respond, fantastic service, quality work and great people. We moved into a new home recently, Proline added a few extra plug-ins for us post possession. We appreciated their friendly approach from the beginning and continued on to contract them for our unfinished basement. Very happy with the company, and the people we've encountered.
