I had such a great experience with Public Storage- everyone is so friendly and helpful and took the time to explain the different storage sizes, costs, etc. I was indecisive and not sure what I needed and they were able to go through the availability and hold different units until I was able to figure it out. I went in and was able to get a tour of the facility and the unit (which was clean and secure) and I have no doubt I made the right decision in choosing them. The staff working there (Janice, Linda, Monique and Carmen) really made me feel like a valued customer and that my business is important.
