Pete the Plumber

I am here to spread the word , this is one great company. I am cancelling my ''club'' with the other guys as a real ''Ace'' doesn't even compare in price or service. Derek and Rob were awesome, clean and great guys.

Alice was very personable, accommodating, and professional when I called Pete the Plumber for our furnace heating issue. Tech Gerald called and came in promptly as scheduled to address our furnace heating issue. Gerald confidently resolved the issue, provided us with tips & techniques if we encounter a similar scenario in the future, and provided us with a recommendation to ensure that our furnace performs optimally. I called and asked around previously but only Pete the Plumber sounded helpful, emphatic, skillful, and charged reasonably from the other companies. Their commercials and ads are corny funny but they get to you LOL. Kudos Pete the Plumber! Job well done!

Update: I was contacted and Mario was dispatched back to my house to install the 2 valves that were not originally done. Very happy to be treated as well as I have been and I can see thaf Pete the Plumber is very focused on keeping clients happy. I will be using Pete the Plumber for all my plumbing needs moving forward, without a doubt. Updated to 5-stars. Original Review: We received several quotes for a new hot water tank and Pete was the best value. Their service staff were the only ones who were able to provide a model number of the tank they were quoting for install. Install window was available within a few days. Mario was the installer and was on-time, professional, and efficient. I was very happy with Mario. I only leaving a 3 star review, and it would have been 5 stars, however during my initial call to schedule the work, I specifically requested to have 2 tees and gate valves installed on the cold water intake (to replace existing saddle valves that will eventually leak). I was told that it wouldn't be an issue. When Mario arrived, he indicated that he did not have valves on hand, so essentially I am out of luck. Now to have these replaced alone will require a dedicated service call that will increase the cost of the valve installs by probably 4x or more. A note should have been passed to the installer to ensure that these valves were on hand for my install.

Legit best price, amazing service, friendly and respectful. I had Grant replace my hot water tank, he explained all he was going to do and did it. No surprises, nothing out of the ordinary, and would 100% recommend to others!
