Very good service and very fast. Installers are real machines for changing water heaters.

For a few weeks now, we had noticed water in large quantities in the pan below our water heater. We contacted the plumbing company that had installed the water heater and they referred us to the water heater company for the warranty and to have someone move, etc. In short, it seemed that it did not want to come and see what the problem was. I just wanted to get verified! The water heater was 4 years old and had been installed by the previous owner (selling point of the house / new water heater = less hassle). The next day I contacted Québec Plomberie and half an hour later, a plumber was at my house and checking my water heater (I must have fallen between two calls to get quick service like that because I am aware that they must be busy the rest of the time so I count myself lucky). After checking, the water heater is rusty throughout, it is leaking, it must be replaced. Not a nice brand either, it's cheap. Probably put there to just say for sale that the water heater was recent ... I arrange with the plumber to have it changed the next day but he reminds me 1 hour later to tell me that he has a conflict and that he will not be able BUT he could spend this afternoon. No problem, I'm already home. So as understood, the plumber came back, took out the old finished water heater, put on the new one, redo the pipe connections, etc. I also had a water pressure problem and it was the pressure pledge where the water inlet was finished (never change on a 30 year old house, rust everything again). He changed it for me at the same time. It took him about 1h30 to do everything without any problem on the way. Super courteous, super efficient, he took the time to explain something to me. He showed me how to adjust the water pressure too if I needed it. Super good price too. I don't think they are the most expensive, far from it. The plumber knew his job and it showed. I highly recommend. We will probably get back to them for other work, we are thinking of redoing the bathrooms in the future so a lot of piping to redo / adapt.
