Accora Village - Ottawa Apartment Rentals

I'm a current resident for the last 7 years here. I've been having an on-going issue for a while now. My overall rating for service is 3 stars but I had all the luck to have my issue emailed to Patrick Godard who has been nothing but a god send since. Im having an issue regarding disruptions at night, I wont get into much detail but sleep deprivation for me and my son is not something I take lightly and have been beyond stressed from it. I've felt like I had next to zero outlets. Since I'm unable to provide hard evidence there is not much that can be done. When Patrick was notified of my issues he took the time to meet with me and give me legitimate outlets. He's extremely knowledgeable and an amazing person through and through. Through 5 sleepless nights I was extremely thankful he offered a guest condo suite free of charge for 4 nights (for me and my son!). Whats more important is he outlined a plan with me to help fix this issue and put some hope back in me that this problem will get fixed. I have to give credit where its due, and Patrick's service is what makes living here worth 5 stars

I enjoyed virtual painting with Accora Village, it was and supplies were supplied for seniors and I appreciated that they delivered it to my home Thank you to staff and Management. Love Accora

I had the best experience dealing with an employee name Patrick Godard he had helped me deal with a situation I had. He when above and beyond and solved my issue. That’s one the best experience I had dealing with management. Accora is nice place to live.
