Tom was amazing!!! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. We are first time home buyers and didn't know what to expect. We got package 2 and uncovered so much about our property. He was thorough in his inspection from the roof & attic down to the basement & crawlspace. He walked us through all of the issues on site in a way that someone who isn't familiar with home renos could understand. A full report with photos was emailed to us within 6 hours.
